The Gambian Agency for the Management of Public Works (GAMWORKS) has received financing from the German Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) through KfW Development Bank (KfW) toward the cost of The Gambia Pilot Program (GPP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the following seventeen (17) contracts for WORKS for Community-owned Projects in GBA, LRR and URR (KfW Procurement No. 509192):

• W-02_Civil Works / GBA Central
• W-03_Civil Works / GBA South
• W-04_Civil Works / LRR West
• W-05_Civil Works / LRR Central
• W-06_Civil Works / LRR East
• W-07_Civil Works / URR North/West
• W-08_Civil Works / URR South/West
• W-09_Civil Works / URR Central
• W-10_Civil Works URR Central/East
• W-11_Civil Works / URR East
• W-12_Irrigation Works and PV-system / GBA
• W-13_Irrigation Works and PV-system / LRR West
• W-14_Irrigation Works and PV-system / LRR Central/East
• W-15_Irrigation Works and PV-system / URR North/West
• W-16_Irrigation Works and PV-system / URR South/West/Central
• W-17_Irrigation Works and PV-system / URR Central/East

GAMWORKS now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for above mentioned WORKS for Community-owned Projects in GBA, LRR and URR – to be completed within 300 days (10 Months).

Bidding will be conducted by means of the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedure (post-qualification) with qualification as specified in the KfW Guidelines for the Procurement of Consulting Services, Works, Plant, Goods and Non-Consulting Services in Financial Cooperation with Partner Countries (“KfW Guidelines”), which are available on https://www.kfw-entwicklungsbank.de/PDF/Download-Center/PDF-Dokumente-Richtlinien/FZ-Vergaberichtlinien-V-2021-EN.pdf .

A complete set of bidding documents (as soft-copy) is available for purchase to interested Bidders at GAMWORKS, Bertil Harding Highway, Kanifing Industrial Area, KMC, Serrekunda, The Gambia.

Bids must be delivered to the address indicated in clause ITB 22.1 of the bidding documents on or before 28^th June 2023 at 12 noon GMT. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives.

All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security.
